JOB SPECIFICATION: WINDOW TREATMENT SALESPERSON

Overview of position:

• Part-time sales position (approx. 15 to 25 hours per week)
• $10 per hour
• Generous compensation plan linked to sales
• Flexible hours with opportunity to increase hours over time

Role description:

A flexible role for someone who enjoys sales to join IGS Homeworks on a part time basis, to sell and manage window shade quotations. Product range includes both manual shades and motorized shades.

Role will require generating sales with homeowners/local network, measuring window frames and submitting quotes. Installation of shades will be carried out by the team. Weekly activity reporting to management will be required.

Initial training will be provided via online resources, along with quotation support where needed.

Role would suit someone with sales experience and great local contacts, returning to the workplace and looking for flexible hours, perhaps around a family.

This is an opportunity to help grow a service line within an established local business with product lines from established shade manufacturers.

Requirements:

• IT competency
• Own vehicle
• Authorized to work in the US
• Sales experience beneficial
